“Fragments” is the solo exhibition by Emanuele Malassisi, on view from October 20, 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Rome Monti.
The show presents works that reveal the artist’s fascination with faces and figures: a means to explore the fragile boundary between life and death, the visible and the invisible. Deeply connected to nature and guided by an instinctive yet disciplined vision, Malassisi transforms reality into reflection, giving form to the sacred mystery of existence.
In his compositions, the human and animal worlds merge: women become peacocks or Dobermans, while skeletons gaze at roses in silent dialogue, a contemporary memento mori that blend beauty and transience. Each work is part of a larger mosaic, a spiritual narrative through which the artist seeks harmony between humankind and nature, faith and imagination.
