The dinner will be paired with the distinctive wines of Casa Setaro, a boutique winery based in Trecase, on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius. A special spotlight will be placed on Caprettone, a rare native grape variety brought back to life by the winery, featured in several expressions including the refined Lacryma Christi Bianco and a Metodo Classico sparkling wine. Alongside Caprettone, other local varietals such as Falanghina, Piedirosso, and Aglianico will complete a tasting experience that celebrates volcanic identity, freshness, and minerality—in perfect harmony with the chef’s creations.
