Touching the Stars with a finger: Chefs Under the Stars (Michelin, of course) is the project that was born from the need to make culture of haute cuisine by calling Star Chefs to our kitchens to let our guests experience their art!
The famous 2 Michelin Stars Chef Moreno Cedroni will delight our evening in a exclusive dinner event in collaboration with Lavazza. A breathless experience where the real star will be a menu full of unpredictable flavors and pairings, created with the collaboration of our Resident Chef.
This Starred Dinner will be held in a different location, the Mamalia Restaurant. The restaurant of the DoubleTree by Hilton Rome Monti, on the ground floor of the Hotel, will be the scene of a real performance, thanks to the kitchen with a window overlooking the Chefs at work.
On this occasion the Starred Chefs will be 2, accompanied by the Hotel’s Resident Chef.
Simone Nardoni is the chef inaugurating Michelin Signature Dinners at the DoubleTree by Hilton Rome Monti.
Born in 1987 in the Veneto region, he won a Michelin star for his restaurant in Terracina in 2021. Here he brings a wealth of experience ranging from northern Italy to Lazio and abroad, takes his cue from tradition and local dishes to twist them and tell their story through his creative and personal eye.
“What I look for in cooking, and especially in my cooking, is the Essence of a taste, without overdoing it, without frills or unnecessary additions. I look at the intimate, the unique, the ingredient is the protagonist, it should be respected and exalted for its characteristics. At the DoubleTree by Hilton Rome Monti I will literally bring my “Essence,” I will try with the dishes I have chosen to tell you something about me, about my vision of taste. It will also be an evening to experiment and have fun.”
