On Wednesday 23 October, the third unmissable Chef Under the Stars event will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Rome Monti.

This one Michelin-starred evening will be led by Chef Fabio Verrelli of the Osteria Contemporanea Materiaprima in Pontinia, in collaboration with the hotel’s Resident Chef.
